Withdrawal policy
This policy explains verified destinations, processing stages, checks and possible delays. It should be read with the payment-method table and the applicable provider terms.
1. Scope and agreement
Submitting a withdrawal confirms that the destination details are accurate and that required verification information may be reviewed. A request is not complete until it passes the applicable account and payment checks.
2. Available methods
Supported routes can include a verified bank account, eligible payment card or approved electronic wallet. Where practical, funds return to the original funding source to reduce fraud and laundering risk.
3. Processing times
Electronic-wallet release may occur within 24 hours after approval. Bank and card routes commonly take one to five business days; weekends, bank holidays, currency conversion and provider reviews may extend that period.
4. Fees
AvenQuant lists supported withdrawals as free, but banks, card issuers, wallets or asset networks may charge separately. Any known platform-side fee is shown before confirmation.
5. Limits
Minimum or maximum amounts can depend on method, currency, provider and account status. The request screen displays the applicable limit; repeated smaller requests may still be reviewed as related activity.
6. KYC and AML checks
Identity, address, payment ownership, source of funds and destination may be checked before release. Enhanced review can require updated documents or an explanation of unusual activity.
7. Delay or refusal
Reasons include inconsistent names, unreadable documents, an unverified destination, insufficient available balance, open payment disputes, legal restrictions, technical failure or indicators requiring further investigation. We explain what can be disclosed without compromising a security or regulatory review.
8. User responsibility
Check the account number, wallet identifier and beneficiary details carefully. A completed transfer to an incorrect but valid destination may be impossible to recover.
9. Cancellation and changes
A pending request may be cancellable before processing begins. Once released to a provider it usually cannot be changed; submit a new request only after support confirms the earlier status.
10. Support
Contact [email protected] with the request reference, date and destination type. Typical response is usually under one business hour, though investigation can take longer.
11. Updates
This policy may change to reflect providers, methods, law or controls. The published version applies to requests submitted after its effective publication.
