These terms govern access to the AvenQuant information and marketing website. Regulated transactions, custody or execution are subject to separate terms with the legal entity that supplies them.
1. Website and service use
You may browse the site, request information and use available educational tools for lawful personal purposes. Registration is a request for contact and does not create a trading relationship or guarantee eligibility.
2. Eligibility and restrictions
You must have legal capacity and may not use the site where access would violate local law. We may restrict functions to protect systems, comply with obligations or investigate misuse.
3. Communications
Operational messages may be sent in response to a request. Marketing messages are sent only where a lawful basis exists, and you can opt out without affecting essential communications.
4. Intellectual property
Site design, original text, software and AvenQuant marks are protected by applicable rights. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer or falsely present them as your own except where law expressly permits.
5. Privacy
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Protect account credentials and notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

Links to third parties are supplied for context and do not make AvenQuant responsible for their content, availability or practices. Review the third party's own terms before use.
7. Prohibited use
You must not break the law, impersonate another person, send spam, introduce malicious code, probe security without permission, overwhelm infrastructure, scrape restricted data, interfere with another user or infringe intellectual-property rights.
8. Support
Reasonable support is available through [email protected]. Response estimates are not guaranteed service levels, particularly during incidents or third-party outages.
9. No warranties
Information is provided in good faith but may be incomplete, delayed or affected by external sources. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free analytics, execution at an indicated price or any investment outcome.
10. Liability limits
To the extent permitted by law, AvenQuant is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, market movement, third-party services or unauthorised activity outside its reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability that law does not permit us to exclude.
11. Indemnity
You are responsible for loss reasonably caused by unlawful misuse, infringement or deliberate interference attributable to you. This provision does not transfer responsibility for AvenQuant's own legal duties.
12. Other provisions
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue. Delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. Terms may change, and an updated version applies from publication; material changes may receive additional notice.
