Platform guide

Getting started with AvenQuant

Follow these steps to secure the account, understand connection permissions, configure monitoring and review activity before committing capital.

1. What this guide helps you do

After completing the guide, you should be able to sign in securely, recognise the main dashboard areas, choose alerts, review connected services and find payment and support information.

2. Register and secure the account

Use accurate contact details and a unique password. Enable multi-factor authentication, save recovery codes offline and review the Privacy Policy and Terms before continuing.

Complete identity checks only through the approved flow. Support will not ask for your password or one-time code.

3. Connect a supported market account

Where available, create a separate connection key at the provider and grant only the permissions required. Read access may support monitoring; trading permission should be considered carefully, while withdrawal permission should remain disabled.

Verify the connection status on both services and revoke the key if a device or credential is compromised.

4. Configure analysis and monitoring

Select the instruments you understand, set notification conditions and choose how often summaries arrive. Avoid creating so many alerts that important events are ignored.

Automation uses available data and rules, not certainty. Review how a condition is defined and what action, if any, it can initiate.

5. Review and manage

The dashboard organises watchlists, alerts, reports, connected services and account settings. Check active sessions and audit history after significant changes.

Pause or adjust functions when market conditions or personal circumstances change. Keep independent records of transactions and important communications.

6. Important notes

AvenQuant does not guarantee profit. Data can be delayed, models can be wrong and connected providers can fail. Use capital you can afford to lose and seek independent advice where appropriate.
